Office Manager: This full time position involves overseeing a team of support staff charged with: researching property data, tracking REO sales, maintaining REO properties, creating valuation reports, tracking showing agent activity so as to process both weekly and monthly reports for foreclosure properties. Daily activities include preparation, review and submission of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports in both Word Doc and online forms with the Team Leader and Support Team members assigned to complete the tasks as required by our clients.

Requirements: Must have computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Multiform and other software.

BPO/MSR Manager: This position involves researching property data, tracking REO sales and agent activity and processing monthly reports for foreclosure properties. Daily activities include preparation and submission of monthly and quarterly reports in both Word Doc and online forms as required by our clients. Extensive data research, input and tracking, Editing, uploading and filing and manipulation of property photos. High level of accuracy is required.

Requirements: competent computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Multiform and other software

Closing Assistant: This position involves processing the sale of our foreclosure and private client real estate properties from initial acceptance through post closing file disbursement.

Day to day activities include obtaining signed documents, generating addendums, repeated follow-up buyer, title and mortgage status, tracking of city pre-sale inspections, ordering inspection dates, verifying property access, and obtaining copies of reports, scheduling: utility transfers, final water readings, walk-throughs, and setting closing dates. Also, procurement of and verification of delivery of accurate closing documents and funds by the necessary parties.

In addition, position will involve answering phones, sending and responding to emails, preparation and submission of weekly status reports as required by our clients.
